The little things

I love being at home with my girls. The daily routine and our interactions are what make my day. For example, tonight after the girl's bath, I was sitting and nursing Kaleigh. Maeve wanted to get on our bed so she could jump (her latest favorite activity). I couldn't help her so she had to work on it herself, which is no simple feat since our bed it so high. She kept trying and eventually did it. The look on her face of pure joy and pride as she turned to me and said "I did it" was just adorable. She is growing up so fast. Of course, Kaleigh, the nosey girl that she is was pulling off, turning around and doing what ever she could to watch Maeve. Kaleigh is a master of reaching things that I would never imagine she could. Our routine is to sit her in the bumbo chair on the table for meals. Sh has knocked down wine glasses, grabbed bowls and in general kept us on our toes, even when I am convinced I have everything out of her reach.
